Smooth and rich, Chateau Pichon Baron 2001 (Pauillac, Bordeaux) is deep ruby, exhibiting waxy aromas of tobacco, leather, soft oak and sweet raseberry and cassis, it is medium bodied with sweet fruit, balance and a rich palate, ending in a long fine finish.
