Buttery & tart, the Domaine Daniel Colbois Chablis 1er Cru Montmain 1990 (Chablis, Burgundy) is pale gold with a green tinge, displaying buttery aromas of ripe apricot and faint herbs, followed by a rich velvity palate, modest fruit, good acidity and mild tratness on the rich finish. Drink now. Score 15/20. Hogi Hyun, 26 Aug 2005.
