Le Benjamin de Beauregard 2001

Balanced and rich, Le Benjamin de Beauregard 2001 (Pomerol) is medium ruby, with an open and aromatic nose of smokey oak and sour plum, followed by rich fruit, good balance, melted tannins on a light body, ending in a bold finish. A very welcome and rare second label from Pomerol. Drink now + 3 years. Score 15/20. Hogi Hyun, 14 Dec 05.
