Torbreck Woodcutter’s Semillon 2003

Buttery but green, Torbreck Woodcutter’s Semillon 2003 (Barossa Valley) is light green/gold, with aromas of cat’s pee and green pepper, followed by a soft and smooth palate, a bit buttery with a hint of lemon rind bitterness and a tart finish. Retaste in 3 years. Score 13/20. Hogi Hyun, 5 Mar 2005.
