Chateau Maucaillou 2001

Light and smokey, Chateau Maucaillou 2001 (Moulis, Bordeaux) is medium brick, with a slight nose displaying green wood, leather and a lot of smoke, it is light bodied with woody tanins, slight sweet fruit and prunes, and a light finish. Re-taste in 5 years. Score 14/20. Hogi Hyun 22 Apr 2005.
