Chateau Haut-Bailly 1994

Light and elegant, Chateau Haut-Bailly 1994 (Pessac-Leognan, Bordeaux) is deep brick, with aromas of mineral/stone, faint cassis/blueberry/raisin and elegantly faded oak. It is light bodied, showing soft tanins and fading but elegant fruit, a hint of green and slightly hollow, with a light feminine finish. Drink now. Score 13/20. Hogi Hyun, 24 Sep 05.
