Chateau Rouget 1999

Classic cassis, Chateau Rouget 1999 (Pomerol, Bordeaux) is medium ruby, with a fine nose of cassis, plum and faint smokey cedar, it displays sweet ripe fruit on the attack, light body and thin middle, with an elegant finish tinged with tanin. Drink now + 5 years. Score 16/20. Hogi Hyun, 7 Nov 2005.
