Chateau Giscours 1998

Complex & concentrated, Chateau Giscours 1998 (Margaux, Bordeaux) is brilliant purple/ruby, exhibiting complex aromas of smoke, cedar, and creme de cassis, followed with ripe red fruits on the attack, good concetration and balance, a firm tanic structure and a big finish. Still young, retaste in 3-5 years. Score 16/20. Hogi Hyun, 11 Nov 2005.
